Nail treatments
Choices are great, we love choices, but when it comes to manicures we don't want to be stuck with the wrong kind for the next four weeks. Here's information on every type of nail option out there to help you decide which option you prefer:
Shellac is probably what you're getting when you book a gel manicure. It's basically a hybrid of gel and nail polish that's cured and hardened with a UV light. The word Shellac is actually just the trademark name of CND, the first company to invent and register this type of polish. It's less hard than gel and soaks off with acetone.
Bio Sculpture Gel is a one-step system that strengthens and promotes the growth of natural nails, it cures under a UV light leaving the nail strong but flexible with a natural glossy or high shine finish, this brand is also vegan.
The Gel Bottle also a gel similar to Bio Sculpture which we find to be longer lasting and with extra shades.
Nails should be in-filled every 2 to 3 weeks and always soaked off by a professional and never with an electric file.
